Eel Breeding Zones

I’ve contributed to work on the biogeochemistry and ecology of eel breeding zones, focusing on the zooplankton communities that support these systems.

Themes include: - Isotope structure of zooplankton in eel spawning regions - Vertical and horizontal gradients in community composition - Links between physical structure, biogeochemistry, and eel breeding grounds

This work connects basin-scale circulation, and the fine-scale plankton ecology that underpins eel life history.
